Parent Enforcement & School Recognition

Honestly, I think it is up to the parents to ensure their children are attending school, but it is nice if the schools offer students recognition for their attendance. Parents need to have consequences lined up and enforce them so children understand they cannot skip school. They can have some type of reward system they use at home to help encourage their children to attend classes. On the school side, schools can have some type of recognition program. Since the parents are ultimately responsible for their children and their actions, I don't think the schools need to have a reward system but peer recognition could be very strong within the schools.
