It's a VERY simple concept, but I would start by sending students to the school that is within their home's boundaries. For example, if Child A is attending ABC School and they then move, within the district, but out of the boundaries for ABC School......send that child to the school that is closest to their home address. In our current school there are several children who have moved to locations out of the boundaries, but continue to attend our overflowing school.
