As a mom that has an Associate of Arts Degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science - I'm trying to gain a better understanding of the "choosing a path" concept. I feel it is pertinent to intertwine the varying disciplines. Having worked in the clinical setting for many years, I recognize that the medical field is not only varied sciences: but it is also an Art, Service, and blending of the varied disciplines.
