I would love to see a quarterly awards program. Springs Ranch in Colorado Springs has a great program. Each quarter the school had an assembly and awards were given out 1 per class for the following: math, science, social studies, reading, library, art, spanish, technology, citizenship, Principal award, physical education, music, and the lunch tray award. This really motivated my daughter. The parents were notified in advance so they could attend. Ribbons and a certificate were given out to the award winners.
