Expand the Early Childhood Education program in MPS by offering parent pay pre-school programs at every Elementary School. The current programs offered,parent pay and special education programs, are wonderful. However the number of applicants exceed the number spots available. Why not expand the current parent pay program to give opportunity to more students? MPS will eventually enroll these student’s in their elementary school would it be ideal to have preschool age students attend a Millard Preschool with Millard teachers? The need of additional preschool programs has exceeded because of the Nebraska law stating that students must be 5 years old by July 31 to be enrolled in Kindergarten.
