I know there are programs at the elementary schools to open libraries on one of the days, but to promote reading I'd like to receive more info about school library hours and see students be eligible for Omaha Public Library Cards. We receive fliers about their fun reading programs, but cannot sign up because although we are Millard we are in a SID south of Harrison so non-city.
