As a student, I remember seeing posters in the schools promoting a safety hotline...call and leave anonymous tips. This is great to have available, but I would question how much students use it. Students know more about what is going on than anyone. I think the schools could take some extra measures (lessons during homeroom) about how to handle safety threats and the importance of speaking up.
