Some of our schools are overcrowded. Should we build an addition of classrooms at these schools or redraw attendance boundaries?

New TEMPORARY tax on NEW neighborhoods/homes in district.

If a new house is being built in an existing district, it should have a temporary tax imposed that goes exclusively to a special fund (not touchable by the city/county/state) that is to be used exclusively for school expansion to accommodate the student coming from those neighborhoods.

'Temporary' as in a couple years, not the government type of 'temporary'.

That's expansion as in adding additional rooms/buildings, not as in redecorating/repaving/repainting existing infrastructure.
