I think it would be great if there was a system similar to the MyLunchMoney account where parents could load dollars into to be used for field trips and other school activities, and have the forms available online to complete & submit. I receive something at least once a week for field trips, PTO activities, all school play, etc. in which I write checks for $1, $4, etc and have to consistently remember the dates everything is due. With all of our lives being so busy, this would be a huge efficiency gain for us, and would streamline the process and reduce the amount of paper.
