One area that spending should be increased is educating teachers and administrators more currently on the subject of bullying. This is an area where Millard lacks so much, especially in elementary schools such as Abbott Elementary. Students can't even utilize programs that are paid for by tax payers when they don't feel safe or like they belong in their own neighborhood schools. Millard needs to really update it's viewpoint on bullying.
