With the use of the iPads and apps, and other computer technologies, it is time to review which programs and materials are redundant and eliminate those being replaced by the new technology rather than automatically renewing them. I do not have any specific examples since it is so new, but be sure to reevaluate what is being new (and what it will replace) and get rid of those programs. Millard should also figure out if there are any new or cheaper technologies (apps, websites, etc.) that can to be replaced by old outdated textbooks or worksheets.
