it's shocking and unconscionable that this topic even exists! this school district should be the highest per pupil, not the lowest! people should be willing to give, say, $15 - $20 more EVERY YEAR to the district in their property tax! teachers should get nearly double what they currently do! this entire topic is a disgusting example of how bass akwards the u.s. has become! how in creation could education become less and less valued?!
