Encourage kids to read and do "worksheets" reminding them of their skills. If younger and learnign technology, make it on the computer for fun. Then as they achieve the goals we set as a team, they get tickets to purchase fun rewards like extra computer time, bookstore gift cards, passes to the pool, movie time, candy, ice cream, etc. They aren't big, but just enough to keep them building those skills a few times a week. Any other ideas?
