grace abbott elementary's playground field has diminished to dirt ! no doubt, many other schools need grass also. beyond grace abbott's play field, its entire land area has also been essentially reduced to dirt. no doubt the same exists at many other schools. the bond issue should be voted on again and again until it passes! it's insane not to give a little more each year to the schools !
