Recently I sent my child's 3rd grade teacher an email explaining that my daughter was struggling with her math at home and afraid to ask questions in class and did she have any recommendations. She then shared the email with the class but said "someone's mom emailed me". I was shocked. Now I feel I can never email her again or it will be shared with the kids in the class right in front of my daughter. Is this inappropriate and how can we address these issues as parents without our children suffering the consequences?
