If MPS is listening - this needs a moderator for making it usefu

If MPS is listening and taking notes from these blogs back to their teams, then I have a question.
- How are the MPS work teams digging through so many posts and shortlisting the points that are pertinent to what they are discussing/working? Many ideas revolve around same topics sometimes. Ideas are all not unique if you really read them. They sometimes are the same topic with a new wording/twist/flavor. I sincerely feel there should be a moderator.

Suggestion to make this more useful instead of just a blog over blog over blog with no output:

-Instead of allowing any number of ideas to be opened to public, let the ideas first go to a MPS work team/committee. The work team should then shortlist a few topics and post these ideas
- Seek opinion from other parents only on these shortlisted topics. Keep these topics open till you get enough input.
-Take this input, work on it
- Put your actions to voting or the ideas to voting
-Communicate back to us on any action you took or communicate even if no action is taken.
-Close the topics and move forward to another set. A topic can be reopened if needed after a certain time period.

I think that is what will be more useful for both parents and the work teams.

Another suggestion is to make this School specific...each school has different issues. An issue can be tagged with a school..parents from that school can provide input. And then work teams from other schools can provide input on how they have resolved a similar thing at their school. Work teams can exchange ideas.
