the district's needs are staggering! keep putting the bond issue on the ballot until it passes; maybe the messaging was poor last time; there is something fundamentally wrong with society when people say "no" to contributing a mere $15 more per year to the district! many tens of millions of additional dollars are needed to keep up and improve this district! this is a no brainer!
