Since so many colleges and universities are now offering online courses for degree programs, I think it would be nice for high school students to have this option as well. Offer some of the courses online for high school students to take in order to help them adapt to the online learning environment. This would also teach them discipline and time management skills. Allow them an extra study hall during the day in place of the online course, so they still have to attend school for the same amount of time. The way online education is growing, it is important for them to understand it before going to an online university.
