Foreign Language Before/ After School Program

I'm originally from Lincoln, NE. When I was in elementary school there were before school language programs. This was paid for by the parents who decided to enroll their kids. It was a win/win for my working parents who needed to be to work by 7:30 am and for me because I learned German as a child and it became second nature. I would love more options available for before or after school programs rather than Kid's Network as the only option.
