Teachers can plan and help kids with preparing for the Spelling bee, geography bee, math bee etc from the elementary level. I tried to get a Scrips spelling list for my kid's grade level but understood that the school is not enrolled.

May be Millard should have its own competetions within district - This will provide kids with exposure to competing, team spirit, learning that failure is a stepping stone etc
