Our child's elementary school has PTO meetings during the day (not sure if this is true for all of Millard?). Certainly it would be easier to attend for those parents that work or don't have a flexible schedule if meetings were scheduled in the evening but as an alternative, it would be helpful if the meetings had a call-in conference line and secure meeting capability so parents that are at work could attend in that manner if they wished to join in. Another alternative would be a podcast or recording of meetings to review later.
